Jack Nicholson's jumper in movie 'On a Clear Day You Can See Forever'

Remember a movie 'On a Clear Day You Can See Forever' with Jack Nicholson?
He wore such a nice jumper!
Have a look at the snap shot from a movie. I do like this cable-knit turtle neck jumper!

Boxing at Olympics Games London 2012

Boxing can also be a stylish game, please have a look at a vintage picture which we found in the same book about men's fashion history by Farid Chenoune.

In this picture the boxer Lepreux is in the training, 1913.

Jacques Vache wrote to his mother: '' Dearest Mother, I have received the knitted vest thank you very much, it fits perfectly''.

Today our mothers do not have time to knit for us but we have Fox Hunt bespoke knitwear service. Traditional knitting starts to be popular again.

Stylish Sport- Golf

I have found some golf vintage pictures. I believe that all these handknitted jumpers looks a lot better than todays golf clothing.

I would suggest for our famous golfer Webb Simpson to wear handmade knitwear.

Dress for Success

French poet and art critic Charles Baudelaire used to say - 'dress for success'.

All successful men: famous politicians, business owners, etc usually dress well and have exceptional style. Well-dressed man looks more powerful and influential. Style and manners helps to succeed.

It is important for every man to have a bespoke suit made in Savile Row, made just for him, a personal barber and a knitter who creates custom made knitwear for sports and leisure activities.

Men Knitwear We Love

Some men knitwear we particarly like from the  autumn/ winter 2012/2013 collections.

Burberry

please notice the color combination and interesting neck shape.

Botegga Veneta

we particularly like the different pattern combination. during the Second World War there was a shortage of clothing and people used to sew and combine different pieces from old clothing to make a new piece, it was not considered to be stylish. but now looking at the old pictures we get inspired by these days. Today some things which are considered to be luxury goods or services used to be the lifestyle of poor people while ago.

Dries Van Notten

we like the combination of patterns and color

Missoni

Simon Spurr

chunky knitts are always in fashion. they makes you feel warm and stylish during cold winter.
